During your free trial period you can:
- Create an unlimited number of data rooms—free of charge
- Upgrade your free trial data room to one of our commercial options at any time
- Create an unlimited number of folders inside each data room
- Upload a maximum of 100 MB of documents across all your data rooms (drag and drop entire folder structures from your hard drive)
- Invite an unlimited number of internal and external users into your data rooms
- Protect and track access to documents using our PDFGuardTM technology— prevent printing, saving and monitor document access down to the page level
- Watermark your documents with the authorized user's email address, ip address and time of access
- Selectively enforce electronic signatures of confidentiality agreements & NDAs by data room participants
Data rooms created using your free trial period are subject to the following:
- The "branding header" will be stamped with the "FREE TRIAL" message
- Free trial datarooms will appear with the message ** FREE TRIAL ** in a user's dataroom library
- Dataroom participants will be presented with a "you are accessing a free trial dataroom" message one time per dataroom per user session
- The indexed search of document content is disabled
- You can only upload the following file types : .doc .docx .gif .jpg .pdf .ppt .pptx .rtf .xls .xlsx
