Troubleshooting:
|
1. Make sure you are NOT using the recently released "Adobe Reader DC." If you are using Adobe Reader DC, please uninstall it by going to Applications and dragging Adobe Reader DC to the Trash. Next, click here to download and install Adobe Reader XI. |
2. If you have installed a compatible version of Adobe Reader and are still unable to open protected PDF documents in the data room, please open Adobe Reader and adjust the following settings: |
a. From the top menu, select Adobe Reader -> Preferences.... |
b. From inside the "Preferences" dialog window, select Internet (from the left-hand menu) then uncheck Display in Read Mode by Default. |
c. Next, click the Security (Enhanced) option from the left-hand menu. Uncheck the Enable Enhanced Security option. |
d. Click OK to save your preference settings. |
e. Return to the data room and open any PDF document (you may be prompted to enter your DataRooms.com email and password). If the document is still not displaying, please make sure you have made the browser level configuration changes for Chrome or Firefox as outlined at the top of this page. |
|
Note:
|
Please understand that Apple is no longer supporting OS X 10.5, which makes it difficult for us to support it too. This is why the current installer is no longer compatible with OSx 10.5. |
